Terms and Conditions
During the promotion period of the grand re-opening, most of our products are priced at the Face Value (FV) or the official retail price sold at a China Post Office. Sheetlets and Full Sheets are limited editions and are sold above FV. To review our detailed pricing guide and example prices for different products, please click here. The prices may be subject to change in the future with a notice.
Category A products (A1~A4) are shipped every 2~3 months depending on schedules. A1 (minimum 4 sets) is required to order other category A products.
Category B products (B1~B6) are shipped once per year (usually the early next calendar year when the year set is available). There is no minimum number of sets to order.
All the $0 priced products are for pre-sale or subscription only. We may collect 3% of the estimated cost (min $5.00) as deposit. The actual cost will be shown in the final invoice. Refusal to make the payment will cause the loss of the deposit and permanent closure of the account.
RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Your subscription is automatically renewed each year until you cancel it. You can cancel the subscription before the last shipment. In other words, you will continue to receive one more shipment after the cancellation request is submitted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The shipping and handling fee is based on the actual cost including the postage and packing materials.
The invoice will be sent to your email box and the payment must be made before the shipment. All the credit cards and paypal payments are subject to 3% fee. We also accept checks, Venmo, Zelle, Facebook Messenger Payment, and bank transfer without a fee.
All California residents pay sales tax (slightly different for different counties). Re-sellers should submit their resale certificate or seller's permit to be exempt from the sales tax.
All the products are sold on a first come first serve basis. An order will be canceled if we cannot fulfill it.
